That's a big step with the whole parenthood thing. Accepting that things have changed and you have moved on. It's a kind of surrender really. Part of what worked for Sinead and I was realizing that some days you just can't do everything and it's time to...give up! Just sit on the couch and watch TV and eat takeaways, whatever is easiest.
